Structure of the trainings

We flexibly tailor the trainings to your individual needs. You can choose between a 1 or 2-day design. Either a single coach or a German-Japanese trainer team will be at your service and conduct the workshop in German, Japanese and / or English language. As a matter of course, our training approach is hands-on and offers interactive practices and custom-fir case studies for quick learning success.

TEAM WORKSHOP – Japanese-European Team training

This workshop is designed for those, who are working with a Japanese-European team in person or online and wish to improve their co-operation on all levels. Cultural differences often lead to friction losses, dogging communications in some instances, while creating disagreements on work procedures and the assignment of competences in others.

But differences do not ever have to be divisive. They can also create accord. In our team workshop you will examine and analyse the different working methods together with your European colleagues. Consequently new teamwork rules that do justice to both cultures will be created - making work more effectively, but also to helping the team bond over time.

Your TEAM WORKSHOP could contain the following topics:
